Polypropylene macro fiber mining shotcrete fiber, also known as plastic steel fiber, is high-performance engineering concrete fibers & concrete reinforcement synthetic fibers for tunnel and mine shotcrete corrosion-resistant reinforcement.It is widely applied in concrete engineering.

Applying Insturction

◆Dosage: more than 3kg/cubic meter of concrete.

◆Length: 36mm for general crack level,  no more than 25mm for shotcrete, best use no more than 35mm

◆Mix design: In general, no need change the ratio parameters of concrete.

Instructions: crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession.

Forming conservation: Conservation can be based upon the requirement of ordinary concrete.

 No special requirement, tape time can be extended for 30 seconds according to actual situation.

In order not to bring out fiber, plastering should be carried out after the concrete surface passivation slightly.
