Polypropylene Macro Fibers 0.2mm Synthetic Concrete Reinforcement Fibers

Dia 0.2mm Polypropylene fibers, also known as twisted PP macro fiber and concrete reinforcement fiber, belong to slightly fine PP coarse fiber. Compared to 0.3/0.4mm fibers, these single fibers are even finer. They disperse easily during mixing and barely form clumps or knots. Uniform distribution can be achieved in mortars, thin-layer concrete and fine stone concrete, enabling faster formation of a three-dimensional net-like structure. At the same dosage, the quantity of Dia 0.2mm Polypropylene Fibers far exceeds that of larger-diameter fibers. This greatly expands the contact area between Twisted PP Macro Fiber and cement slurry, delivering enhanced bonding and gripping force, as well as superior performance in restraining micro cracks as ideal Concrete Reinforcement Fiber.

0.2mm pp macro fiber is a type of slightly fine PP coarse fiber. It is easier to disperse during mixing and is distributed more evenly in mortars, thin-layer concrete, and fine stone concrete. The three-dimensional net-like structure is formed more quickly.

◆It has a larger specific surface area. 

Under the same dosage, the number of 0.2mm polypropylene macro fibers is much greater than that of the coarse-diameter fibers. The contact area between the fibers and the cement slurry has significantly increased, resulting in stronger bonding and gripping force, and a more prominent effect in suppressing minor cracks.

◆Good flexibility, not prone to puncturing molds / surface layers

The fine fibers have lower hardness, so when pouring floors, roof thin layers, or prefabricated components, they will not puncture the surface film or wear-resistant surface layer. The formed surface is smoother and flatter, without protrusions or burrs.
