Polypropylene Concrete Fibers 4 MM-19 MM PP Micro Fibers
This product is a high-toughness monofilament bundle fiber prepared by the directional stretching process with polypropylene (PP) as the base material. After being incorporated into the matrix as a reinforcing component of concrete, it can significantly inhibit the microcracks generated in concrete (or mortar) under the effects of plastic shrinkage, temperature difference changes, etc., and enhance the integrity of the matrix through a three-dimensional network structure, achieving a dual effect:
Crack prevention and control:Prevent and delay the formation and expansion of cracks at the micro level;
Performance enhancement:Enabling hardened concrete to achieve superior crack resistance, impact strength and structural seismic performance, especially suitable for engineering protection requirements in dynamic load scenarios.

Length: for motor: <12 mm;
for concrete: >12 mm
Compounding amount: for resisting the common cracks on surface, 0.9 kg/ m³ fibers to cement mortar are enough.
Stirring requirement: the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed.
Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water and time for stirring can be prolonged for 2-3 minutes in order
to make the compound mix completely.
Also it can be mixed even with cement and other aggregates in advance, stirring by adding water at work-site before constructing.
