The raw material of polypropylene twisted  bundle fiber is polypropylene fiber. The density of polypropylene is lower than that of traditional materials, which can reduce the overall weight, facilitate transportation and handling, and is highly energy-efficient and cost-saving. The twist of the hinge fibers can be set as required, which can enhance the tensile strength and flexibility of concrete in engineering. It has strong acid and alkali resistance and good dispersion performance.

Product Instructions 

1. Dosage: No less than 3 kg/cubic meter of concrete for high crack level(volume ratio:0.3%) ;

for general level, it can use compound fiber of 0.8 kg twisted bundle PP fiber and 0.4 kg PP fiber mesh.

2. String requirement: crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After string for two minutes,fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally.

The addition of materials can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.

3.Package: 1 kg per bag, may packed according to radio with PP fiber mesh.
