Polypropylene Fiber Mesh

Polypropylene mesh fibers are formed by the mutual fusion and bonding of a large number of fine polypropylene filaments through a special process, resulting in a three-dimensional mesh structure. Then it was cut into short fiber bundles of different lengths such as 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 38mm, etc. The reticular structure offers a much larger surface area compared to other polypropylene fibers. Even if cut into short bundles, the internal mesh structure of it is more likely to disperse during the stirring process and is less prone to clumping. The mesh structure and the rough surface of the concrete make it combine more tightly with the cement matrix, resulting in better crack resistance.
