HSHM PVA fiber is a high-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol fiber. It is a type of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber. When an appropriate amount of this fiber is added to the polyvinyl alcohol spinning solution, the dry strength can reach 8.85cN/dtex and the initial modulus can reach 66.3N/dtex.

High-strength and high-modulus polyvinyl alcohol fibers added to mortar or concrete can improve the plastic shrinkage cracks of cement mortar and concrete before curing, increase the toughness of cement mortar and concrete, thereby enhancing the intrinsic quality of cement concrete mortar, reducing maintenance costs, and extending the service life of the project. This technology, through special anti-static and anti-ultraviolet treatments, enables the fibers to be evenly dispersed in the concrete, allowing them to exert their effects for a long time. The fibers, after undergoing chemical grafting and physical modification treatments, have a rough and porous surface, significantly enhancing the bonding force between the fibers and cement-based aggregates.

Application cases of PVA fiber:

PVA fibers have been widely used in road construction, water conservancy projects and building structures. For example, adding 1 kg of PVA fiber per cubic meter of concrete can effectively solve the problem of shrinkage cracks caused by early shrinkage of concrete, successfully applied to the pouring of large factory floor.
