The Order For Green Reinforced Erosion Control Mat Has Been Successfully completed

Today, the first batch of green reinforced net pads customized by our company (Shandong Luke Composite Co.,Ltd) for a large-scale ecological restoration project in Eastern Europe has officially completed production and been delivered for acceptance. This batch of products has won high praise from customers with its precise environmental performance indicators, strict process details and a fully traceable quality control system, setting another benchmark case for the Southeast Asian market.

In response to the core demand of customers for "eco-friendly infrastructure materials", our company adopts high-strength steel wire and plant-based anti-corrosion coating in production. The special embossed design on the surface of the net pad effectively enhances soil adhesion. The diamond-shaped grid densified boundary design improves the anti-erosion ability while also taking into account structural stability and the penetration requirements of vegetation roots. Facilitating the rapid ecological re-greening of slopes in tropical monsoon areas has played a significant role in slope protection.

Suggestions for other scenarios:

Suggested usage scenarios: For short-term projects, choose ordinary PP/HDPE erosion control plastic net (with high cost performance).

For long-term ecological restoration, degradable or high-strength composite vegetation nets should be selected.

High and steep slopes are reinforced with geo grids or anchor rods.
