Concrete white polypropylene pp twisted fiber  also known as bundled coarse synthetic fibers.It is specifically used for enhancing the crack resistance of concrete/mortar,and is often instead of steel fiber used in engineering. 

Raw material: 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) pellets

Process: Melt extrusion → Parallel drawing →Twisting / Bundling → Surface roughening treatment → Fixed-length cutting

Form: Single filaments twisted into bundles, presenting a spiral / hinge-like shape

with a rough surface and strong grip strength. Bundle-type coarse synthetic fiber

Polypropylene fiber concrete fiber applying instruction:

1、PP twisted fiber polypropylene fiber for concrete dosage:no less than 3kg/cubic meter of concrete for high crack level(volume ratio:0.3%);for general level, it can use compound fiber of 0.8kg twisted bundle PP fiber and 0.4kg PP fiber mesh.

2、Stirring requirement: crusted stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for 2 minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as usual ,but the stirring time should  be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
