◆Length of polypropylene fibers:
Fine aggregate concrete such as mortar is suitable for polypropylene micro fiber length less than 12mm, and coarse aggregate concrete is suitable for concrete above 12mm.
◆Dosage: Typically added at 0.6-1.8 kg per cubic meter of concrete.
◆Mixing: Add fibers directly to the concrete mix during batching.
◆Compatibility: Works well with other admixtures and additives.
