◆High dispersion
The fibers of the special additive for polypropylene microfiber concrete are processed through a unique technology, which gives them excellent dispersion. During the concrete mixing process, they can quickly and evenly disperse throughout the concrete system, avoiding fiber agglomeration and ensuring that every part of the concrete is effectively reinforced, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the concrete.
◆Chemical corrosion resistance
Polypropylene fibers maintain stable physical and chemical properties in both acidic and alkaline environments as well as in media containing various chemical substances. ◆Length of polypropylene pp monofilament fiber:
Fine aggregate concrete such as mortar is suitable for polypropylene micro fiber length less than 12mm, and coarse aggregate concrete is suitable for concrete above 12mm.
◆Compounding Amount:for resisting the common cracks on surface,0.9kg/m ³fibers to cement mortar are enough.
◆Ratio and mixing requirements:the proportion of cement,sand and aggregate is no need to be changed.Put cement,aggregate,additive and fiber together,then stir after adding enough water and time for stirring can be prolonged for 2-3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely.Also it can be mixed even with cement and other aggregates in advance,stirring by adding water at worksite before constructing.

◆Uniformity of dispersion
Dry-mixing method: First, dry-mix the pp micro fibers with aggregates and cement, then add water and stir (extend the time by 15 to 30 seconds).
Wet mixing method: Concrete fibers are slowly added to the already mixed concrete to prevent clumping.
◆Mix ratio adjustment
Appropriately increase the dosage of water reducing agent to compensate for the decrease in fluidity caused by the addition of fibers.
